Full-service design includes multiple steps to ensure every detail of your home project is expertly handled. From initial concept to final selection and installation, we implement the same process no matter the size of the project. We partner with your GC and architect to ensure no detail is missed. Below are some of the services you can expect to see in our full-service design package, and our general process overview:
Initial Concepts
Inspiration and scheming via Pinterest or other method of idea curating
Design Boards for each pertinent space
Design Development
Detailed product schedules for every category selected (i.e. appliances, lighting, tile, etc…)
3D visualizations and renderings if requested
Detailed and dimensioned elevations to be used on site to ensure proper installation
Lighting and electrical plans
Presentation of physical samples for all applicable material and products, showroom visits where necessary
Space planning + furniture layouts
Furniture and decor selection
Curated selection assistance for every material/product (tile, countertops, lighting, cabinetry. etc…)
Artwork, window treatments, rugs and all necessary furniture selection
Ordering and procurement
Ordering of all materials and products
We work with your GC to determine best method of delivery and ensure lead times for arrival
Utilization of our third party storage facility for installation if needed
Project Management
Site visits throughout duration of the project to ensure proper installation and design aesthetic
Coordination with all trades on site as needed
Final Installation
Final installation and styling if desired to complete the design
Final walk through and photo scheduling when complete
